It usually consists of a spherical shell coated with high reflectivity materials such as aluminum or nickel plating. By measuring the optical signal received by the detector, the optical parameters and performance of the sample or component can be calculated. Precision metering integrating balls typically have high accuracy and sensitivity, and can provide accurate optical measurement results. They are widely used in fields such as optical research, material analysis, optical component production, and quality control.
