The voltage output pressure transmitter is a pressure transmitter that converts the measured pressure into a corresponding voltage signal output. It does this by measuring the change in electrical signal caused by pressure acting on the sensor element. The working principle of the voltage output pressure transmitter is based on the resistance pressure transmitter, the common one is the strain gauge pressure transmitter. When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the sensor element, it will cause a small deformation or strain of the sensor element. The strain gauge is the core element of the sensor, and its resistance value changes accordingly with the change of strain. By connecting the bridge circuit, the strain gauge and the resistor are electrically connected. When the pressure acts on the strain gauge, the resistance value changes, thereby causing the voltage change in the bridge circuit. By measuring the voltage output value in the bridge circuit, a voltage signal proportional to the measured pressure can be obtained. The output of a voltage output pressure transmitter is usually an analog voltage signal, usually 0-5V, 0-10V or other voltage signals in a specific range. This type of pressure transmitter can be connected with various data acquisition equipment, control systems or instruments to realize the monitoring, recording and control of pressure data.
